# terrier -- source package

The `terrier` package (version 1.0): the implementation and regression suite behind "Exact methods for string flux vacua"
(M. D. Schwartz), main text and Supplementary Material. It complements the data folders `lattice/`, `charge22/`, `hv4/`
and `dkmm/` posted beside it, which hold the released data with stand-alone checkers; this folder holds the code that
produced those data, with its tests.

Contents: `terrier/` (the unpacked source tree, 289 files, 7.0 MB; start at `terrier/README.md`), `terrier-v2.1.tar.gz` (the same
tree as one archive; `terrier-v2.1.tar.gz.sha256` holds its SHA-256), and `SHA256SUMS` (SHA-256 of the archive and of every file of
the tree; check with `sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS`).

Quick start: `tar xzf terrier-v2.1.tar.gz && cd terrier && python3 selftest.py` (Python 3 with mpmath, sympy, numpy,
python-flint; add `TERRIER_JULIA_PROJECT=<Oscar project>` for the three Julia legs, which also need PARI/GP). The
expected summary lines and the list of named skips are in `terrier/README.md`.
